Sweet friend, it's time to pick up your crown, dust it off, and ANCHOR in that what once took you out, you will now become unwavering. Learning to respond with the fruit of the spirit. Releasing the white knuckle grip to avoid pain, instead let's learn to heal the pain that lies beneath the surface, the real reason we white knuckle.
