The moment I held my daughter for the first time the world stopped turning.
I instantly felt a rush of deep love for her tiny little fingers and precious toes. I would do anything for her. It's an unconditional love, one that came from my dreams.
Just at her birth, I tipped the scales at 250 pounds. I knew something had to change. How was I going to teach her how to love who God created her to be, if I was still searching for the answer myself.
A few years later, I found THM. I knew I could teach her how to fuel her body well.
I was fixing my crown so she could wear hers proud.
