- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and gentle sweet and stir, add in the egg, milk, and vanilla.
- Allow the batter to rest while you preheat your waffle iron.
- Lightly spray your waffle iron, and add 2/3 cup of mixture.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
THM Ultimate Green Smoothie "E" Ingredients:
- 2 cups of filtered water
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 medium banana
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon OR 3 tables spoons of lemon juice
- 2 cups of ice
Directions: Add all ingredients into the blender. I use a vitamix so it can handle the fruits and veggies like a boss. It makes 40 plus ounes and I divide it into 3 servings to round out an E meal. Pour 1/3 of the smoothie into a glass to enjoy immediately. Pour the other 2/3 in an insulated cup and keep in the fridge to enjoy later.
*** Depending on the meal I am having I will add collagen to the smoothie for my protein and spin it up with a hand drink mixer. You can add sweetener if you wish, my sweet tooth doesn't need it for this one. When I'm feeling even more fancy I will add extra green powder.
