Ultimate Green Smoothie- THM E
When days are hard and long the ultimate green smoothie is how I roll. Like a sucker punch to the enemy! You want to take me out... just watch me drink this green smoothie and fuel my body with love!

THM Ultimate Green Smoothie "E"  Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1  medium banana
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 lemon OR 3 tables spoons of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of  ice

Directions: Add all ingredients into the blender. I use a vitamix so it can handle the fruits and veggies like a boss. It makes 40 plus ounes and I divide it into 3 servings to round out an E meal. Pour 1/3 of the smoothie into a glass to enjoy immediately. Pour the other 2/3 in an insulated cup and keep in the fridge to enjoy later. 

*** Depending on the meal I am having I will add collagen to the smoothie for my protein and spin it up with a hand drink mixerYou can add sweetener if you wish, my sweet tooth doesn't need it for this one. When I'm feeling even more fancy I will add extra green powder. 

Can we just say hello sexy and good bye muffin top all while sucker punching the enemy! Not today Satan will I eat my emotions. I have fruity pebbles in a cup nourishment happening here!
