This recipe will help your gut and give you a sweet taste all while helping slim down the muffin top!
Can I get an AMEN???
- 1 Quart jar of spring water (we use a berkey)
- 1 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1 drop YL lemon essential oil
- 5 frozen strawberries
- few shakes of Stevia
- serve with ice
How to Make it:
In a blender add all the ingredients except the ice. Blend until the strawberries are mixed well. Pour over ice in a quart jar!
